instrument repair

Our rental program is only avaiable for current ViBO Music students, or students from local schools (student I.D. is required)

All rental instruments are NEW or completely re-conditioned to play like new. The rental program is contracted month to month, or per school year (9 months). Rent-to-buy option is available. Repair service is included with the rental.

Rental rate (monthly):

  • guitar: $25
  • violin/viola: $25
  • cello: $35
  • flute/clarinet: $30
  • Saxophone/Trumpet: $35

Specials:

* Rent 5 months at a time and get another 4 months for FREE. Great for school-year rental!

* Rent-to-buy: Receive half of your rental fee back when you buy your rental instrument.

*School teachers: Please contact us for discounted group rental rates.

Repairs, adjustments and setups are available by our technicians on most stringed instruments.

Restring (including tuning and basic cleaning)
whole set: $10 + cost of strings
Singles: $3/string + cost of string

*Acoustic setup include restring, truss rod adjustment, nut and saddle adjustments, polishing.
Electric setup ncludes restring, truss rod adjustment, nut and bridge adjustments, tightening all screws & nuts, inspecting wiring, cleaning controls, polishing

 

Violin / Viola Services

Restring (including tuning and basic cleaning)
whole set: $10 + cost of strings
Singles: $3/string + cost of string
Bridge fitting: $20 + cost of bridge
Soundpost setup: $18
Install peg set: $35
Install new endpin: $15
Clean & Polish: $30
Bow repair: $35 (standard bow hair included)

 

Cello Services

Restring (including tuning and basic cleaning)
whole set: $15 + cost of strings
Singles: $5/string + cost of string
Bridge fitting: $35 + cost of bridge

Clean & Polish: $40
Bow repair: $40 (standard bow hair included)

All other guitar repairs are 60.00 per hour. A quote will be provided before repair work.
