In this class, you will learn simple yet effective techniques that will reduce high blood pressure, increase blood circulation, and increase muscular strength.

The techniques and exercises, taught by Anthony Michael Peterson (music teacher, martial artist and Reiki Master practitioner), are a combination of Tai Chi (low impact movement), Chi Gong (breathing exercises and the usage of sound for healing), and other philosophical traditions (meditations and exercises to increase focus and reduce internal dialogue).

Each week, you will enter an adventure in learning how to relieve the mind, body, and internal organs of everyday stress, and to create within yourself your own energy resource program!
